Please carefully review these important terms and conditions of sale.
All prices are exclusive of HST.
TICKET HANDLING FEE. $3.50 per item applicable on all orders.
ONLINE SERVICE CHARGE. $2.75 per ticket applies to online orders. The online service charge covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when purchasing online.
MAILING FEE. $4.50 per order (optional). The mailing fee includes such services as preparing your order for shipping, paying the postage fee, and transporting your order to Canada Post for delivery.
There are no refunds or cancellations. All sales are final.
You may exchange your 2019-20 Monday Masterworks tickets for tickets to any concert during the 2018-19 Season only. Contact our box office at 613-231-7802 (press 1 when prompted) for assistance.
If you lose your 2019-20 Monday Masterworks ticket we may reprint it if we can recover your order in our system. We reserve the right to deny any reprint requests.
When purchasing your 2019-20 Monday Masterworks tickets you will choose one of the two price levels and the section within that price level that you would like to be seated in. Seating at all 2019-20 concerts is on a first-come, first-served basis, within the section printed on your ticket.
If you arrive late to a concert, you will be admitted into the closest available seat, regardless of your chosen seating section, at a suitable break in the performance.
Our venues provide accessible reserved seating for wheelchairs and scooters. Please reserve an accessible seat with the Box Office when you purchase your ticket. You cannot reserve an accessible reserved seat online. Service animals are permitted to stay with their owners. Companions and caregivers can be seated next to the individuals they accompany. These tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
