Purchasing more than one subscription
Showpass processes each subscription individually. If you are purchasing subscriptions at different price levels, such as one Tier A subscription and one Child or Under 30 subscription, complete the seat selection for all four concerts for your first subscription. You can then add another subscription and select its seats for the season.
This means subscriptions at different price levels cannot currently be selected together in a single step. If you need assistance arranging seats together across different subscription types, please contact the Box Office.
Tip: If you are purchasing different subscription types for people who want to sit together, select the first subscription throughout the season, then add the next subscription and choose the neighbouring seats.
Additional Ticket Options
Companions & Caregivers
Patrons who require the assistance of a companion or caregiver may purchase an eligible Companion ticket when selecting their seats.
Accessible wheelchair spaces can be selected directly through the online seating map. Companion seating is available throughout eligible inventory, subject to availability.

AT THE DOOR
The Box Office opens one hour before each performance. Tickets are available at the door, subject to availability.
Box Office & Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Subscribers receive fee-free exchanges between eligible OSO performances within the same season, subject to availability. Single-ticket exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
