Box Office Policies & FAQ

The Ottawa Symphony’s box office services are provided by Ottawa Chamberfest.

HST

Ticket prices do not include fees or HST.

ONLINE SERVICE CHARGE

$2.75 per ticket or pass applies to online orders. The online service charge covers the cost to fulfill your ticket order when purchasing online. To avoid this charge, please call the Box Office to purchase your tickets.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds. However, you may exchange your 2023-24 Season tickets for another concert within the same series (Orchestra or Chamber/Sunday Socials).

LOST TICKETS

Keep the email containing your tickets for your records. If you accidentally delete this email, please reach out to the Box Office at least one (1) week prior to the concert.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late to a concert, you will be admitted into the closest available seat, regardless of your chosen seating section, at a suitable break in the performance.

ACCESSIBILITY

Our venue provides accessible reserved seating for wheelchairs and scooters. Please request an accessible seat with the Box Office when you purchase your ticket. Service animals are permitted to stay with their owners. These tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
