HST
Ticket prices do not include HST.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds. However, you may exchange your ticket for another concert.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late to a concert, you will be admitted into the closest available seat, regardless of your chosen seating section, at a suitable break in the performance.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our venue provides some accessible reserved seating for wheelchairs and scooters. Please request an accessible seat with the Box Office when you purchase your ticket. Service animals are permitted to stay with their owners. These tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The balcony is NOT accessible to those with mobility issues.
